Users usually check tickets they have submitted in their profile. In some cases, some users are having trouble finding tickets that they submitted or cannot submit tickets.

Why is that?

If you cannot see the tickets you have submitted or cannot submit tickets, it means one or both of the following:

  1. You and/or the account owner have yet to verify the e-mail address associated with the User Account
  2. Your User Account has been merged into your Client Profile

What to do?

In order to view tickets you have submitted or that you have been CC'd on, you must first make sure that you and/or the account owner have verified the account-associated e-mail address by clicking on the link provided in the e-mail sent (check spam if you haven't received it). Then log out and back in to see those missing tickets.
